T-Styled Me loves Elie Saab Fall Winter 2012/2013

The Fall Winter 2012/2013 collection looks very similar to Elie’s Saab’s previous collections, especially the sheath silhouette gowns with lace paneling and intricate beaded embroidery but the collection is romantic and beautiful nonetheless…

Sheath dresses suit rectangular body shapes and for gowns with less detailing on the top half, they also work beautifully for inverted triangles as well. If you need a reminder of knowing your body shape, refer to my previous posts for help.

The column gown on the left (above) is one of my favourites from this collection. It looks culturally inspired and I love the gold undertones in this pale blue – it’s so elegant and regal looking. Something K Middy would probably wear.

Psst! T-Styled Me predicts teal making a comeback – it’s a gorgeous shade that can work in both Summer and Winter – Love that there’s a mix of a stronger colour in the collection rather keeping in tune with his usual softer palettes.

Full princess and A line gowns above will tend to swallow you up if you’re very petite (especially the extra tulle!). In general, these styles much more flattering on hourglass, apple and pear-shaped bodies.

As you can tell I’m cray cray in love with Elie Saab Couture dresses …

I’ve posted the rest of the collection’s pictures on my Inspiration Board as well as on my T-Styled Me FB Page. (I hope if you’re reading this you’ve liked my FB page already 🙂

The weekend is almost here … Yay!
